There being no further objection, CSHB 202(EDC) was adopted. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, following line 10: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) This section does not require a school to cancel an activity or event because either a person trained to administer an opioid overdose drug is not on site or because the school does not have two doses of an opioid overdose drug available on site." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Page 2, line 22: Delete "14.30.145(d)" Insert "14.30.145(e)" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative McCabe objected. **The presence of Representative Allard was noted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
